Buy coupon

    Once you have purchased a coupon and it has been unlocked after successful payment, the amount will appear in your customer account.

Shopping with coupons

    Once the amount has been credited to your account, you can use it to pay for your order. The credit will be charged during the order process. If the balance exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining balance is of course available for your next order.

Send coupons

To send a coupon, click on the link "Send Coupon" in the customer account. Now you can enter first and last name, e-mail address, the desired amount (partial amounts are also possible) and a message to the recipient. Before sending you have again the opportunity to correct your information.    

Redeem Coupon

If you have received a coupon by e-mail, you can redeem it as follows:

1. Click on the link given in the e-mail. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you have the opportunity to open an account.

2. Once a product has been added to the cart, you can enter your coupon code there.
